Information for the first appointment:
Patients should wear loose, comfortable clothing, preferably long, loose or stretchy pants, or knee-length shorts, and bring a pair of clean socks.
Shiatsu patients MUST bring a pair of clean socks.
DO NOT BRUSH YOUR TONGUE. You may brush your teeth!
Please EAT SOMETHING one to two hours before the appointment.
Do not not wear any makeup or perfume/cologne.
